This function creates the file 'RestoreEditorProfile.m' in the current directory.
The function 'RestoreEditorProfile' closes all the files in the Matlab Editor and loads all the files which were open when 'SaveEditorProfile' was called.
So you can easely switch from one project to another project and change the set of open editor files very easely.
