Calculates some relevant parameters for solar cell data

This file calculates:
Principle Cell efficiency (PCE)
Fill Factor (FF)
Short-Circuit Current (Isc)
Open-Circuit Voltage (Voc)
Max Power Current (Imp)
Max Power Voltage (Vmp)

From IV-sweep data, solar intensity, and cell area inputs.
It only works (right now) for negative values in the rectifying regime. That will change in the next revision.
