Personalized Statistical Modeling of Soft Tissue Structures in the Knee. Generative code

This set of functions automatically generates ligaments, cartilage and meniscal geomtry on input knee bone data.

The code mlakes use of other matlab author coding, specifically for the definiation of the frenet frames and 3D circle fitting. This function provides a best fit 3D circle to a set of points as implemented by Sam Murthy, who in turn uses the circfit for 2d circle data in XY plane as implemented in [Izhak bucher 25/oct /1991] and available on FEX @: http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/5557-circle-fit/content/circfit.m Also inlcuded is a rendition of Rodrigues rotation by the same author.
