Implement 1-D median filter over input vector x as described:
Moving window size is 3
Output is middle/central value in moving window
First output y is calculated over first three input values
Last output is calculated over last three input values
Avoid using on library functions with the same purpose: med1filt(), movmedian().
Example:
x = [2 3 1 4 6 2 60 8 3 5 7 6];
y = [2 3 4 4 6 8 8 5 5 6];
