Anyone else have the built-in function det(A) fail?

Yes, in Solution 1568377 the second and fourth test cases are failed. —DIV

Solution 1568380 reports the size of the errors. Given that the input arrays contain only integers, I consider that the Test Suite is fair — although it would be advisable for the Problem Statement to explicitly guarantee that all inputs and outputs must be integers.
