A test case for s < v/10 is missing.

I think test cases 3 and 4 are wrong.

Case 3 (v=20, s=12.5) should have d=571.25
Case 4 (v=5, s=5) should have d=102.5

Specify the direction of initial velocity, is it vertical, or horizontal?

Solution is correct only if s is a multiplum of 0.1. Example: s=2.05,v=20 gives d=19.05. Correct value is 20.0125
