Jackknife matlab Tutorial and Examples

I could not find much examples making use of jackknife function.

Can anyone help me with this function, what does it actually do, how it works, what are its inputs and outputs ?

I need to use it in continuation to regression analysis. So I have Y-original dataset (experimental data) and Y-predicted dataset(after fitting to a linear model), I want to perform jackknife and need to plot y_experimental and y_predicted after Jackkniffing.
