Discretizing a simulink model

I have a motor model which runs fine at 1e-5 fixed step. It has 1/s, sin, cos blocks.

But now i need to discretize the whole system with step of 5e-3 fixed step. I have used discrete

blocks for integrals,sin,cos but doesn't seem to work.

Pls share your suggestions.
