Open PLS toolbox analysis window from command line

I want to open data in the PLS toolbox analysis window from command line. Is this possible? The following command directly calculates MCR:

mcr(MyDataSet,8,[preprocess('default', 'mean center')]);

I would like to open the analysis GUI with these setting, and visually check if the preprocessing is right.

If I could incorporate this to my script then it could save about 10 mouse clicks :-)
