Data Sampling with spacing

Hi All

I loaded an Excel table and assigned each column to an array. What i need to do now is to rearrange each array to read only a specific data from each array with a step of 10. So let'S say i assigned the first column with the array "C", which now has a 100 values. Now i need to reassign values for "C" so it will begin with the first value and end with the 100th value with a step of 10 which will give "C" a total of 10 values.

It seems easy but i couldn't find the right terminology for that.
