Hi,
I have a gui which has two plots and a toolbar that has a zoom in and zoom out feature.
both plots share the same x data
x = [1,2,3,4,5];
but different y data
y1 = [1,1,2,2,3];
y2 = [2,3,4,3,2];
I want to be able to zoom on one of the plots and it cause both plots to zoom in rather than just the plot that is clicked with the zoom tool.
Is this possible?
I would like the same thing to happen when using the 'draw a box' style zoom feature too if possible.

You can have a look to the function linkaxes.
It's more or less like this:
ax(1)=axes ...
plot ...
ax(2)=axes ...
plot ...
linkaxes(ax)
