MATLAB Installation Run Time Error

I am trying to install MATLAB on my PC; specification are:; Processor : Intel® core™2 CPU 2.40GHz; RAM : 2 GB; Hard Disk : 160 GB OS : Window 7 Ultimate; Service Pack 1;
MATLAB completes its installation process completely when I used to run it, it initiates Run Time Error.exe and can't starts properly;
What should I do Please Help!
