speed up simulation using Parallel Computing Toolbox

I have a simulink model which takes a long time to finish. I try to use the Accelerator Mode but the simulation still takes 2 hours.

I want to speed up the simulation further. Is it able to be accomplished through the Parallel Computing Toolbox? And how to use it in Simulink?
