Missing data acquisition apps/ Undefined function or variable

Matlab version R2018b

I have the Data Acquisition toolbox, but some apps, like "Analog Output Generator" are missing.

When I also try to use the function "daq", it says "Undefined function or variable"

Could it be a problem of pathing? or perhaps some files of the toolbox are corrupted?

Hello Gabriel,

The "Analog Output Generator" app was introduced in MATLAB R2019a. For more information on this app, refer to this documentation: https://www.mathworks.com/help/daq/analogoutputgenerator-app.html#mw_be4876b3-6f64-46ed-a622-ddb6a5595913_vh .

To access the app, I would recommend updating to MATLAB R2019a or to a later release.
