Silly Question - Mac command for 'run' script? Command _ _ R

I don't understand the two middle characters of the keyboard symbology.
I clearly understand command and R. but am missing the middle bit.
Thanks!

It is Command+Alt+R. On my Mac laptop, the Alt key is behind the Fn key, so the full chord is Command+Fn+Option+R. This extra key is probably unnecessary on a full-sized keyboard.
By the way, F5 also maps to run and is what I use. On my laptop, I need to do Fn+F5 because a "F5" otherwise dims the backlight on my keyboard. This is controllable from the System Preferences->Keyboard is desired.
