Issue in using p file

I have a .p file generated from MATLAB 7.5 version (before MATLAB 2007b). I want to use that p file in newer version of MATLAB which gives error that it is unsupported. How to resolve that?

You cannot use an outdated P-file in a modern Matlab version.

Either download an old Matlab version and run the code there. Or ask the author of the code to provide an updated version of the file.
