Simulink: Run model again without recompiling

Hello!
How do I set up my model so that it only needs to be compiled once and can then be run multiple times? My model takes about 1-2 minutes for compiling and initializing, and then only a couple of seconds to run the simulation, so simply using the previously generated compilation should bring much better performance...

Would you perhaps want to consider referencing your model as part of another test harness model (see Model Reference). If the referenced model is setup to run in Accelerator mode, the C-code for it is only generated once and won't need to be re-compiled unless there are structural or dependency changes.

I read this already, but it didn't really help. According to this description, the model only needs to be compiled once. The problem is that my model is recompiled every time I run it.
