How to scale the rect

I have a rectangular and it’s from 3 to 5 it means the time period 5 i want to scale it to be at the center 0 and 2.5 to the right and -2.5 to left

What does a rectangle have to do with time??? Anyway, see if the rectangle() function does what you want.
