How to get values on Matlab GUI about Probability functions(expected value, PDF, CDF, variance, moments?)

Dear Matlab Central

I am working on Matlab for my homework. Can you help me?

1. Defining a polinominal function depends on x variable.
2. Xmin and Xmax point should be defined for function to limit the values.
3. probably density function PDF
4. cumulative density function CDF
5. expected value
6. variance
7. moments
8. Building GUI to calculate these.

Would you kindly write codes, please? I am really new on Matlab even in GUI.

Did you look in the help for those terms? If so, you'd find functions for them, like min(), max(), hist(), var(), cumsum(), etc.

Regarding your "Answer" (which really should have been a comment here rather than a new, additional answer)...

Well then go ahead and code them up just like you'd do in C. MATLAB is fairly similar to C so it shouldn't be too hard.
