problem while mosaicing a retina image

Hi everyone...

    I am doing retina image mosaicing project using sift algorithm here normal images detecting the many key points features but when i read the retina images its not detecting features so i couldn't get required hessian matrix for mosaicing. so any one can give me suggestion for this problem or any good link about this.
