Recommender system using SVD or NMF method

Hi, can anyone help or guide me how can i do this Matlab code , i am not finding how it could be done by those 2 methods , i have just seen on the mathworks many code using others methods , i already have a dataset to use it , but i can also use another data for that code , so can anyone help me in this
