Plotting 2D Contour Plot with XYZ Data

I have a matrix Total that has three columns the first is the x coordinate, second is the y coordinate and the third column is the z coordiantes. I want to plot a 2D contour map of the x and y positions and the z being the temperature value at each point. Any help would be great.
