How to plot function with variable input like shown in figure?

Is it even possible in matlab to plot like this without defining values of variables]
and it should display somewhat like this:
I was thinking about using "syms" but it doesnt work.

I didn't fully understand what you are trying to do, but the fplot command might be useful.
