how to open 3D image from a series of 2D image?

Hi all

I have about 100 2D C.T images and I would like to collect all the 100 images into 1 3D image.

Please be specific Thank you!!!

Are those each slices of the 3D image, at a consistent offset? Are they already registered with respect to each other?
