매트랩 학생용 라이센스를 구매후 다운로드를 위해 라이센스 페이지로 들어가니 서비스 종료날짜로 "28 2월 2022" 가 표시되어 있습니다.

이 기간이 지나면 다운로드 및 설치, 프로그램 사용 자체가 불가한 것인가요, 아니면 최신버전으로의 업데이트같은 기술지원만 불가한 것인가요?

Even if sometimes staff members look on this forum and post from time to time, the help on this forum is mostly provided by people who are doing this as a volunteer. You can contact Mathworks support directly with the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom of the page.

This page describes the benefits of the SMS. As I understand it, you should be able to download and use any release starting from when you bought your license (and a few prior to that), up to the newest release that was published before your subscription ends. In your case that would mean R2021b, unless R2022a is much earlier than usual.

As I understand it correctly (and if the machine translation of your question is correct), your license is a lifetime license to use these specific releases of Matlab on 1 computer at a time (with a handful of switches allowed per year), as long as you are a student.
