Simulink model opening problem

When I try to open simulink model.

error massage has been presented as follow

'Product names cannot vary only by case. The product settings group 'simulink' already exists. Users cannot add product settings group 'Simulink'.'

Actually, simulink model was designed with Matlab 2014b but I'm trying to open it with Matlab 2020b.

I guess a mismatch of the matlab version makes the problem. But I don't know how to solve this problem.

please help me.
