Issue when opening Matlab

Does anyone know how to fix the issue below?

Is this a fresh installation? Did it run before? If so, what did you change before the problem occurred?

Hi Jan,
I had Matlab downloaded and was running code on it but then this issue apppeared so i deleted the app, then redownloaded it and this screen appears when i opened up the app. I tried to delete and redownload the app a few times (downlaoding more packages each time) but this issue keeps appearing.

Hi David,
  1. You can try to restore the search path to the installation default by executing the following commands:
>> restoredefaultpath
>> rehash toolboxcache
>> savepath
2. If the issue still persists, the installation might be corrupted. Remove MATLAB completely and install it again to resolve the issue.
