How to determine mean amplitude and Mean normalized frequency of a PSD

I have two questions

1. i need to determine FFT of a discrete sequence. Then i have to calculate the PSD of FFT. Then mean amplitude and mean normalised frequency.

For example:

x = [1 1 1 0 1 0 1 0 1 1];

myfft = fft(x);

In most of the forum they they sampling frequency as 100 or 1000? i m not sure how to fix it.

2.Is there any term called as Mean normalized frequency? if so what is the expression?
