showing video and sensor graph simultaneously

Hi! i have some sensor data and also the video footage of that particular action. is there a way in matlab to show the video and the scrolling graph. What i want to achieve is to mark the period of time for specific event and apply a label, for example 'jogging' and that will select my accelerometer data that correspond to this time. thanks
