I’d like to generate mex files from some FORTRAN code. I started trying with the timestwo.F example.
I’m wondering if the intel Classic compiler 2021.1 can be used since it should be retro compatible with the official ones supported by Mathworks for the M2017b release, and these are difficult to retrieve as they are not free.
Is it possible to do so? And in such a case can you provide the .xml file to set the mex call accordingly please?

"Is it possible to do so?" <== all you have to do is try it and you'll have your answer. Why not try it?

Because to try you need a very specific compiler-dependent xml setup file with several highly specific settings that only mathworks can provide.
