Multiple line width in one patch command

Hi,

I would like to know how to have a patch with multiple line widths, so for example, we have a network, and we want to use weights of each arc as a specific thickness, but the patch only accepts one scalar value for each patch command. (choosing the weight as width of networks' arcs)

I really appreciate any help you can provide.
