Calculating (optimizing?) center of a sphere from surface points?

Hi, firstly please forgive my ignorance as I'm new to Matlab.

I have an array of cartesian coordinates that, in theory, should loosely be distributed across the surface of a sphere. From these coordinates, is there a function that can calculate the coordinates where the center of this sphere should lie?
