How can i install computer vision toolbox?

Hi, I have a problem with installing computer vision toolbox.
I need computer vision toolbox to use Lidar toolbox, but I can't find install button for computer vision toolbox.
There are only trial and purchase button. Do I have to purchase it even if I have campus-license?

You will need to talk to your campus MATLAB site support.

If it is included on your license, you can install it from within MATLAB using the Add-Ons explorer.
