About example RF Satellite Link

I would like to use this example for my assignment. But in Ground Station Downlink Receiver, i can't find 2 blocks DC Removal (DC Offset Comp) and Magnitude AGC I and Q AGC (Select AGC). How can I find or generate it? Thank for your help
