Dataset element long list

It would be really nice to get an element list in the Matlab browser, such as happens anyway when the Total Elements count is really small. Just to get the idea, this may indicate what I am trying to do and what the problem is:

>> logsout.getLength()

ans =

    15

>> logsout.getElement(1:15) Error

I know the sencond line is bad syntex, but it shows that what I need is a list of 15 elements in this case. Any help? I am running R2011a.
