Export plot data in excel

How can I export a bar histogram from Matlab to excel ?

I have this one :

bar(0:2:max_Diameter,frequency);

and I want to export this to Excel.

This program from the File Exchange claims to do this. (I haven't tried it.) There might be others as well.
