installing matlab not completed

While installing Matlab, after the licensing part. When they ask me to select destination folder, I tap next to the same folder they give me, but an error message is launched that says " unable to retrieve products. For more information " and I don't know what to do ?

Check your firewall setting to be sure you are not blocking connections from being made.

All is ok with firewall. I'm still getting same message
