Hi,
I am trying to index the following force plate data at the points represented in red (y = 0.01), so that I can cut the data into individual spikes with an associated zero-phase. I have tried flipping the data and using findpeaks and islocalmax, but note that the zero phase is quite noisy so it would index at points which were not consistent.
I am thinking that using find and defining a threshold will be the best way to go?
I have attached a matfile with the data.

If (x,y) is your data. You can get those y values of 0.01 using:
tol = 10^-4 ; % consider changing this
idx = abs(y-0.01)<=tol ;
y(idx)
