I am working on
COMPRESSED SENSING USING A GAUSSIAN SCALE MIXTURES MODEL IN WAVELET DOMAIN
here they have detailed about Gaussian scale mixtures(GSM),i am confused is it a different tool box,BLS-GSM COMPRESSED SENSING
plz assist me

No it is not. A quick google check shows that it is the abbreviation for an algorithm, Bayesian Least Squares - Gaussian Scale Mixture.
