How to plot BER graph without using bertool?

Hi.. I'm new to simulink. I'm a final engineering student working on my project. I'm asked to plot the Bit Error Rate without using the bertool. Please tell me how to do it. Thanks in advance.

Thank you sir. But is it possible to plot the graph just by using the blocksets in simulink? I mean without using any command can we plot it while the model gets executed? Thanks in advance.
