C and F matrixes in PDEPE : Can they be general?

Hello,

I have the following set of equations that are 1D in space with a Time dependency too.

The last equation, W"_m has a summation of time dependent terms that would go into the c matrix.

Can PDEPE handle general matrices with off diagonal terms for c and f?
