how to find the parameter of affine transform, especially to get the coordinates the block to apply the affine transform to get the parameter affine transform Ei, Oi, Fi, Si .

To facilitate fractal image compression we extend the Iterated Function System to allow us to partition an image into pieces which are each transformed separately. A modified affine transformation for Partitioned iterated function have 4 parameters si, oi, ei, fi to mapping between domain blocks and range blocks. my programs already until get range blocks and domain blocks. how to get the parameter affine transform ? systems is
