Removing duplicate or redundant frames

I have video and i have converted video in to frames so there many redundant or duplicate frames are there so i want to remove the duplicate frames. I have used Video2pic code im matlab for converting video into frames.How to remove?? Is there any other efficient code for converting video to frame which removes duplicate frame. Help me out Where i can get the code ?

Just convert to double and subtract the frames and take the absolute value and sum it over all pixels. Similar frames will have a low value and different frames will have a high value. You need to figure out what the value is that distinguishes frames that are similar from those that are different.
