Multivariate cumlative distribution

Hi all !
I'm trying to compute the multivariate normal CDF of several variables. I do know the correlations between each variables, but I don't know their variances/covariances....
My question is how to compute the multivariate normal CDF in that case ? Thks !!

Are you trying to fit it to data?
