Simulink crushing after a heavy work flow [maybe because of graphics].

My problem:
I have a simulation that uses idea switching. For this reason i need to run the simulation in continious mode wwhich takes 28 hours to run 20 second simulation. Everytime that I click on a scope near end of simulation or everytime it actually is done, It crushes and closes. What should i do? should i use sofeware OpenGL?
My hardware Configuratoin:
CPU: Intel core i7 7700HQ
GPU: Nvidia GTX1050
Ram: 16G
