Proactive Routing Protocol in MANET

Dear Sir/Madam
How can I develop proactive routing algorithm for Mobile Ad Hoc network. I need help on generating packets and sending them from source to destination and verify the reception at receiver end.
I also need to schedule packets at each node. So can you please let me know.

I am final year student & I am working on my project " WIRELESS ROUTING PROTOCOL BASED ON COGNITIVE RADIO MOBILE AD-HOC NETWORKS" for this project I want WRP code for manet in Matlab....
