Crop specific objects in an image

Hello,

I want to create a datset for deep learning model from drone images. My topic is agriculture, so my dataset should contain plants leaves. I would like to know if there is a semi-automatic way or even automatic to identify and crop plants from my images or I should crop manually every time a bunch of plants from each image I have ?
