"Plot" image with size, position and rotation

Hi there! Hope you are having a good day (:

Currently, in my program I have a car that is represented by a polyshape object. The car object has 3 properties: x, y, and rotation, and the polyshape object is generated accordianly (see images below).

I want to replace the polyshape with an image of a car! I'm struggling to find a simple solution that will recive the image file, the x and y positions of the image and the rotation, and will plot it onto the graph.

How can I achive that? Thanks in advance!
