Preprocessing EEG and EMG

Does anyone know of any programs available to preprocess both EEG and EMG data collected simultaneously. I am collecting both synchronously under a single .mff file. I am currently using EEGlab to filter and clean the EEG data, but am unable to locate the associated EMG data with the file through that.

I am not aware of any method which can simultaneously be used for both the signal.
