Moving multiple robots to certain multiple points

Currently working on a project on multiple robots. Here three three robots are on the red points. And also the destination points are also pre-determined(green points). Each robot should be navigated to respective nearest green points. How can I do this? At least how can I navigate one robot from one point to another?
